Service Description

Refined, chef-driven food designed for upscale private events, corporate functions, and intimate social gatherings. Elegant smoked cuisine, elevated presentation, and a fully curated culinary experience. Not available for birthdays or holiday celebrations. This intimate four-course experience blends classical preparation, global flavors, and modern plating — all presented in a setting designed for intentional dining and elevated ambiance. Each dish is plated fresh with precision, using premium ingredients and fire-based techniques that define The Fine Dining Chef’s signature style. Seating is extremely limited to maintain quality and cultivate an intimate culinary experience. Guests must register in advance. No walk-ins allowed. All sales are final.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all bookings. Minimum spend: $1,200. Bookings are confirmed only after written approval and menu selection. Event Style & Guest Count Chef-Led Private Events are designed for approximately 10–30 guests, depending on the selected menu and service format. These events feature chef-curated small plates, refined smoked cuisine, and elevated presentation. This is not a dinner service, buffet line, or pan-drop catering. Clients must choose from the approved event menus. Menu & Dietary Needs Menus are curated within The Fine Dining Chef’s Smoke & Finesse culinary style. Dietary needs must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Menu changes requested after final approval cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations, Fees & No-Shows The 50% deposit is non-refundable. • Cancel 6–10 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. • Cancel within 5 days of the event: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. • No-shows: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. Rescheduling may be offered at the chef’s discretion but is not guaranteed. Restrictions (Important) This service is not available for birthdays, holiday celebrations, themed parties, children’s events, or large family gatherings. Chef-Led Private Events are reserved exclusively for upscale private functions, corporate events, boutique experiences, and premium social gatherings. Venue Requirements Clients must provide a safe, clean, functional venue with adequate workspace, serving areas, and refrigeration if needed. If the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for service, the chef may cancel the event without refund. Travel, staffing, equipment rental, or venue coordination fees may apply. On-Site Guidelines Clients agree to maintain a respectful environment for all staff. Pets, children, and unauthorized guests must be kept away from prep and service areas. Additional dishes or menu changes cannot be requested during service. Cleanup The Fine Dining Chef team will clean equipment and service items brought for the event. General venue cleanup (tables, floors, trash removal) is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged in advance. Liability Client is responsible for providing a safe environment.
