Service Description
Experience luxury catering defined by refined smoke, fine-dining technique, and hand-crafted dishes tailored to your event. The Fine Dining Chef offers boutique, chef-driven menus that elevate intimate gatherings, corporate functions, donor events, and upscale private experiences. Each menu is customized, seasonally inspired, and executed with precision. This is not buffet-style, drop-off, or pan catering. All dishes reflect elevated plating, premium ingredients, and the artistry of The Fine Dining Chef. Catering services are available for groups of approximately 10–40 guests, depending on menu selection. Starting at $65 per guest with an $800 minimum spend. Travel fees may apply. Please note: We do not offer catering for birthdays, holiday celebrations, children’s events, or themed parties.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all bookings. Minimum spend: $800. Bookings are confirmed only after menu approval and written confirmation. Guest Count & Service Style Luxury Catering by The Fine Dining Chef is designed for approximately 10–40 guests depending on the selected menu. This is a boutique, fine-dining catering service featuring refined smoke and chef-crafted dishes. We do not provide buffet lines, pan-style drop-offs, or casual service formats. All food is plated or station-style according to the agreed menu. Menu & Dietary Needs Menus are curated within The Fine Dining Chef’s Smoke & Finesse culinary style. Dietary restrictions must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Once the menu is finalized, changes cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations, Fees & No-Shows The 50% deposit is non-refundable. • Cancel within 5 days of the event: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. • No-shows: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. Rescheduling may be offered at the chef’s discretion but is not guaranteed. Restrictions (Important) Catering services are not available for: Birthdays Holiday celebrations Themed parties Children’s events Large family gatherings Luxury Catering is reserved for upscale private events, corporate functions, intimate gatherings, and curated culinary experiences. Event Requirements Client must provide a safe, accessible venue with adequate workspace, serving areas, and refrigeration if needed. If the venue is unsafe, unclean, or unsuitable, the chef may cancel the service without refund. Travel, staffing, or equipment fees may apply depending on the event. On-Site Guidelines Client agrees to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all staff. Guests may not request additional dishes beyond the approved menu. Pets, children, or disruptions must be kept away from service and prep areas. Cleanup The Fine Dining Chef team will clean equipment and service items brought for the event. General venue cleanup (tables, floors, waste removal) remains the client’s responsibility unless previously arranged. Liability Client is responsible for providing a safe venue. The Fine Dining Chef is not liable for accidents, injuries, or equipment issues arising from the client’s property or rented venue.
